By purchasing or using AgentFlow Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the product.

2. Product Description

AgentFlow Pro is a one-time purchase software product that provides AI-powered email automation bots, a web CRM, and a mobile app designed for Canadian insurance agents. The product is self-hosted on your own infrastructure.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AgentFlow Pro for your own business operations. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product without prior written consent.

4. Pricing & Payment

AgentFlow Pro is offered as a one-time purchase of $997 CAD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. There are no recurring subscription fees for the product itself. Hosting and API costs (e.g., DigitalOcean, Claude API) are separate and paid directly to those providers.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with setup, our support team will work with you to resolve them. Please contact support@agentflowpro.ca for assistance.

6. Support

Email support is included with your purchase. We typically respond within one business day and will assist with setup and configuration. Support does not cover custom development, third-party integrations beyond what is included, or issues caused by modifications to the product code.

7. Your Responsibilities

As a user of AgentFlow Pro, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your own server and accounts.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing insurance communications in your province.
Reviewing all AI-generated email drafts before sending them to clients.
Maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgentFlow Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content should always be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which AgentFlow Pro operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
